The idea that talent and hard work aren’t the primary path to success has been a gradual psyop in popular culture. Reality TV and viral stars showed talent isn’t needed to be famous. Privilege discourse implied race is destiny. Even in tech VCs and founders exposed as false gods.

@carnage4life I believe it has gotten to the point where no matter how much you make, everything like housing and standard of living is expensive and out of reach for many.
Hard to be happy and keep working hard for these employers. Something they still haven’t figured out from all these articles I have read and experienced living in one of the most expensive cities in the world.
