Is it at all possible to collaborate on a project hosted on #github via #gitea or #forgejo?

@sb I guess it depends on what you mean by collaborate. You obviously won't be able to use GitHub integrated pull requests, but if you have some means of contacting a person with write access to the GH repo they can add your remote and merge branches from that. The other direction (you using their GH repo as upstream) should be straightforward.

There's the Forge Federation extension to #ActivityPub too, the #ForgeFed spec, at https://forgefed.org
#Gitlab intends to consider ForgeFed after they deliver baseline AP support. But no such effort for #Github are known to me, other than ForgeFlux.
