@robinhood I have been yelling this at people for over 30 years. I was a kid and "good at computers" and people kept asking me to do stuff and I was just like YOU JUST NEED TO CLICK ON THINGS. IF IT'S BROKEN, CLICK ON THINGS UNTIL IT ISN'T. IF IT DOESN'T DO THE THING YOU WANT, CLICK UNTIL IT DOES

@robinhood Yet, we shame users who might click the wrong thing. It’s almost like we shouldn’t be doing that. Like we need much better user facing systems.
