@john what’d you think? I thought the CO2 stood out (and not in ways I fully enjoyed.)

@mick Of the decafs, the Swiss Water was my favourite. It seemed to retain most of the good stuff from the original, then the Ethyl Acetate and yeah the CO2 was nothing special.

@john Swiss Water was my favorite as well. I’d never done a cupping before, it was a neat experience.
Someone on the chat feed said that the CO2 tasted like cardboard water and i for sure noted hints of cardboard.
