there's lots of codes of conduct out there, but not finding things for how to do a well managed procedure for whether someone can return.

I wish I had seen a procedure for possible reconciliation and return to community–it seems necessary. But I haven't. And now I'm personally and professionally bothered by that LOL

Makes me wonder. If there aren't good examples, this could be cobbled together somewhere between mediation, restorative justice, and truth & reconciliation.

Honest Q: have you seen even bad examples yet?
