Two observations: one, it is absolutely on the leaders and organisations of political Parties to enforce the rules and guidelines they have, as Sandell has done, for the bad behaviour of members, since they’re going to be accountable for it anyway. Two, this supports another belief I have which is that public consequences for bad behaviour are themselves a form of training and cultural change, and necessary.

@liamvhogan I just read the ABC piece about this, that makes it sound like he was having an affair, the greens statement makes it sound like he groped a staffer. I wonder what the truth is here? Great statement and actions though, as you said.
