I wrote a little about what's done and what's immediately in front of us to do for #Letterbook. I want the project to be easy to join and start contributing. This is part of that. Another part I'm experimenting with is holding maintainer office hours (first one Nov 17).

We've made a lot of progress, but there's still so much to do. Right now we need a ton of web development. Details about all of that are in the blog post

The fediverse, or something like it, is going to be important for us going forward. We need ways to meet each other and talk about things where billionaires aren't in control of what you see. We need our own communication infrastructure, and that's what this is. We also need it to be sustainable, in both human and financial terms. That's also what this is.

@jenniferplusplus Mention Architectural Decision Records... This is amazing part of Letterbook developer docs sadly missing in many many projects...

@hidden Oh yeah! We have some of those, and I need to integrate them into the docs site. There's a lot of work that needs to happen on the docs site
I expect the tech stack for the web UI will be a topic of such an ADR.

@hidden Those ADRs live in the repo, for anyone who happens by and wants to have a look
