Importing from Xenforo

Greetings everyone, I aspire to enhance my knowledge and make incremental contributions each day. Wishing success to all.

Is there any official method to import safely and efficiently from XF 2x? I came across this page https://github.com/akhoury/nodebb-plugin-import, but it hasn't been updated in over 4 years.

The import plugin should still work, although it will migrate you to an older version of NodeBB (and you'll need to run a version upgrade afterwards).

Not the end of the world though.

Potentially you could reach out to the creator of Nitro Porter, though at present he does not support the migration TO NodeBB.

However if you ask nicely then maybe he will do it
