"New Topic" Button

After upgrading from Beta to V3, the "New Topic" Button shows as "new_topic_button":

I am using a custom theme modified from Harmony.
Where can I edit the text?

In your custom theme check the template and make sure the language strings use - instead of _. This was a breaking change in 3.x.

So many language strings need to be updated. Can you provide me with the list, or is there a migration guide?

And I don't see that in the Github Release:
