Hi all,
is it necessary to validate user's email address?
If I choose to not send a validation email, can I manage the user just the same?
Can the user work on the forum just the same or it will have any limitation?
Can the user receive anyway notification mails?

It is not necessary, you can set it up in the ACP so unverified-users can access and post everywhere and also receive emails.
