Unread section shows placeholder for Mark As Read

Here's what's happening:

• Load https://community.nodebb.org in my browser (Chrome)
• Click Unread tab
• Button for "Mark As Read" reads as "mark_all_read". Screenshot:
• Reload https://community.nodebb.org/unread using browser refresh button
• "Mark As Read" shows up as a menu and select boxes appear on posts, which is how I think it's supposed to look. Screenshot:

Looked for the bug in Firecrap and IE, can't reproduce there. Seems to be a Chrome-only bug.
