Reset Session For Specific User
-
Hi, I know there is a way to revoke sessions for ALL users. But is there a way to reset session for a specific user?

I am only aware of this:
https://community.nodebb.org/user/teemberland/sessions
from profile, you can go to "login sessions" for the specific user and then click "revoke session" if there is any session...

@crazycells thank you! I've never seen this page before. But when I went to my page, I don't see an option to 'revoke session'?
I tried it on my forums, I don't see an option either.
EDIT: I can log out myself, I guess that's revoking my own session. But I'm still not seeing an option to revoke an option for other users.

hmm, maybe you do not see it because there is no active session? I am not sure maybe julian can answer this...

I see. So the user has to be logged in. That make sense actually. My thing is, I just want force the user to log in again the next time he visits the forum. I made some changes to his account/profile that requires him/her to log out and log back in.

What about ACP > Manage > Users... then select user and click "Force Password Reset and Log user out" ?

@crazycells I could do that, but I would hate to force him to reset his password. If there are no other ways, I'll just revoke all users sessions. Or, I guess I could catch him online one of these days to revoke his session.
