Recommended backup method

What is the recommended form of backup for my forum

@chez You'd want to backup the NodeBB folder where you have all the assets installed, plus the MongoDB database, which you can do with Mongodump

I need to do the same thing pretty soon as I'm coming out of testing phase into live, so will share a script as soon as I have it.
