Nodebb 插件列表太难用

插件比较多，不方便查找，没有下载量的展示，让我们无法筛选出比较优秀的插件，筛选方式单一，支支持搜索，不支持按功能分类筛选，严重阻碍nodebb生态的发展！

推荐、建议参考 atom 的 主题 和 包的搜索列表

Hi @Ivorzk, thanks for your feedback!

I am sorry that you are finding that the plugin ecosystem is hard to navigate, and to tell you the truth, you are completely right.

At the beginning when the system was designed, we focused on two main things:

1. Plugins should be easy to write
2. Plugins should be installable from the admin panel

Back then, plugins were few in number and very high quality, and so there was not much thought given to what would happen later.

Well, later is now, and it looks like we need to update this I will reflect on your feedback and come up with a GitHub meta issue on how to improve this.
