By clicking "New User" on the page
https://myforum.xx/admin/manage/users
Causes page refresh before entering user data.

Tested on nodeBB 1.13.1

Hi, this is fixed in https://github.com/NodeBB/NodeBB/commit/c1b1ee61f38d194b1b7b2d515e0de7d691919a81, will be available in 1.13.2
