Guide for official Docker?

It would be nice if an official docker guide would be published on https://docs.nodebb.org/.

I'm pretty inexperienced in Docker, but I'd really like to try out https://hub.docker.com/r/nodebb/docker/, but there is just a general overview of NodeBB instead of docker-compose instructions or other instructions the way it should be.

Some more docker / compose documentation would be nice. How to deploy und upgrade, persistent data and how to configure (ideally by environment)?
