Lavender needs updating as well, getting around to it now.
Lavender v0.0.22-16 contains updates that'll work with subfolder installs as well

Out of curiosity, the URL in your screenshot still has the port number. Is that because you've not proxy-passed it?
Yeah, it's just running on my laptop, so I don't use a proxy
