Help tab on composer

I see that the composer now has a Help tab, which is just awesome. Is its content customizable from the ACP?

@planner Having it be ACP modifiable would be an excellent core feature.

@planner Thanks for that idea -- right now it is exposed to plugins via a hook (and as you can see, Markdown populates it). I'll see about adding a field in the admin settings so you can add your own custom HTML at the top.

Edit: The downside of the help tab, of course, is that you don't get language translations in this, since the files are contained separately.

I think that's why it be better if, in addition to plugins auto-populating it, admins can add content to it.

Yeah we need to look into translation hooks for plugins. Something post-0.4x but open to any smart person who can think of a decent enough system :shipit:
