Can this ''strange bug'' be set?

I found a strange bug and I was wondering if this could be a function to set.

First I thought it was only at my install of nodebb but here on your nodebb it has the same 'bug' (I don't know if it's a bug I don't know how I can call it).

Here is how I found it.
If you are on the forum make the screen size small so NodeBB turns into mobile view.
If you have done this, refresh the page.
Scroll a little bit up and down so the nav bar disappears if you go down (like on mobile phone)
Now resize the screen to normal view.

If you now scroll down you see the nav bar dissapears like it does in mobile view, if you scroll back up the nav bar appears.

Is there a way to make this a setting in ACP? Because I like it very much.

Hah, wow that's an interesting bug. Definitely worth reporting, although I don't know if we'll make this something we can toggle
