Custom Digest Time Without Changing Core

Hi,

I was looking into changing the digest time in the form of a plugin.

Is there any way to make a change to /src/user/jobs.js without touching the core?

Any help is appreciated.

@julian the digest email is set to send out at 5 PM, but we would like to change that. I know this can be done my changing the core, but we would like to keep the change even if, for example, there was a new NodeBB release.
