Support tickets?

Where do i install support ticket features so players can send in supports ticket when they need help or dealing with other private situations

Hello. I am assuming you are a game server. I recommend you use a dedicated bug tracker, such as Mantis, or a more generic app, such as Trello. I have worked with servers that use both, and either works nicely. If you did not want users to interact with the app directly, it should be simple to create a forum front-end via a plugin, I would be willing to assist should you go this route.
