Proper Facebook posting with image (link sharing)

Hi NodeBBer's,
I found out that the way that NodeBB board posts are shared on Facebook are far from ideal.
When I post a link it becomes a general link (in the preview) towards the NodeBB board without an image from this post (or a general image from the board).
I'll be frank: It might be that I don't know that this is possible but I'd really like to configure my board to properly handle these links together with images.
Any tips / suggestions on how to do this?

Honestly, I was trying to triage this, and upon sharing your post here with Facebook, I encountered all sorts of weird characters and no image, which seems wrong...
But then I shared it again, and it rendered perfectly. I know nothing changed on our end, so I don't quite know what is going on.
Can you try sharing your post twice and see if it works fine the second time around? Obviously not a solution but just more data...

Doesn't faceballs rely on og:metadata etc? Pretty sure it just pulls from that. I'll do some experimenting when I get in.
Also on mobile can you move the ? From compose and put it in the kitchen sink menu. It's impossible to click and overlaps text when typing. Drops again when the keyboard is closed. Maybe use compose as placeholder text in the box rather than float it.
