Number of items shown in recent page

How can I set the number of icons shown on the recent page?
I need to change this since my sidebar is longer than my main div, and now the lazy/infinite scrolling isn't working anymore (only the first 13 post are shown).

You can change 19 to load more topics. We can possibly move these hardcoded values to admin settings.
