There are many who can no longer publicly Post.
But the Nodebb forum looks great, especially the parts in the post itself.Maybe you could just make an open post catogorie in which the user can freely post without Topic name. The post can then only see the I as "Follow" have defined. a small social network ..

o ok, that's Interesting, can make it easier to develop this. but what for Permission ? on a Topic ?

@helltux Pretty much whatever you might need, it should allow you to set an open board and allow anyone to post to it, or create groups of users (think friends list) whom can then have their own board and all that sort of stuff. Anythings possible really.
