Is the "browsing" avatar list broken?

Sometimes I see an unreasonably high number of users browsing an old topic. There's no way in heck (or is there?) that they're all browsing in that topic, given that it would constitute a third of the total users online.

Anyone else notice this, or am I just making up bugs

@Kamal-Patel use the back tick. Below escape on a windows keyboard. ` that one. Just wrap your text with it. Or if you're pasting code, 4 spaces at the start of the line.

Ignore the autocomplete emoji extended to get the squinty face.
