Enable Subcategories?

Hello everyone! Just self latest version of NodeBB and it's working flawless.
The only thing I cannot seem to figure it out is how to create subcategories?
Somehow, the only option I get is "New Tvopic"
And yes, I have read the friendly manual

You create subcategories in the admin panel, you can select a parent while creating the category. Or you can set it in the edit category page. It's also possible to drag and drop a category under another.
