Hi everyone I want to make home page widgets like a actual NodeBB Home page. What should I do to make that. thanks help in advance

@Ahmadxon You may need to explain what exactly you mean?

You could easily set up another nodebb 'page' that a widget redirects you to.
Or are you saying you want to see a mini version of a page in your widget??

no I just wanna create home page like a categories page

#1 is an html widget placed in the brand header area.

#2 is a widget from the nodebb-plugin-recent-cards which placed in the header of categories page.

#3 is an html widget with some custom content.

#4 is the popular tags widget from nodebb-widget-essentials.

You can place all these at /admin/extend/widgets after selecting the categories.tpl from the dropdown. Here is how it looks on this forum.

why the Home page is not similar with categories page like

it should be like that at least. this is picture categories page's screen. What should I do to make like that the home screen. Can you help me ?

Make sure you have colors and icons selected for each category, then try a rebuild and restart. What did you set your home page to? On this forum the home page is set to the categories page.
