Nobody will know who is up or down until the ballots are tallied.One of the reasons 2016 was so surprising is that the pollsters' views of "likely voters" were substantially wrong, and the poll results amplified that by convincing people not to vote. @vathpela how do you know is not a heat pump? Air source heat pumps can go to -10C or sometimes colder to provide heat in cold weather.
