48 years ago, on Sept. 17, 1976, NASA rolled out its first space shuttle, named Enterprise, from its manufacturing plant in Palmdale, CA.@AkaSci The first shuttle (the Enterprise) was a test bed, and was never meant to actually be launched. The biggest thing it ever did was ride on a 747 across the country. I would have preferred to have one of the actual production shuttles be named Enterprise.

Just played our first game of #UnderGrove by Elizabeth Hargrave and Mark Wootton.Just played our first game of #UnderGrove by Elizabeth Hargrave and Mark Wootton. Really quite nice. We like #Wingspan a lot (EH's first game). But we didn't like #Mariposas (2nd game). This one was much better with lots more thinking involved. Very happy to get it. The #fungi #mychorriza network is fascinating. A really cool #Boardgame with an interesting #science background. Recommended.
