Hello! I have this problem. NodeBB v.0.8.2 and I can not update for some important reasons.

At startup, a normal message is displayed, but nothing happens:

$ ./nodebb start

Starting NodeBB
  "./nodebb stop" to stop the NodeBB server
  "./nodebb log" to view server output
  "./nodebb restart" to restart NodeBB

In the dev mode:

$ ./nodebb log  

Type Ctrl-C to exit

And nothing more. NodeBB not work:

$ ./nodebb stop 
NodeBB is already stopped.

In the dev mode, everything seems to be fine.
