I love the idea: A community radio playing music from independent fediverse artists. I admit, I've been skeptical about what kind of quality to expect – but that was before tuning in for the first time.

Interesting type of attack: People sending out TCP packets with a spoofed source address, targeting port 22 on random (or not) IP addresses on the net.

Not to probe whether there's SSH on that server, but to generate abuse reports against the spoofed IP, in order to force it off the net.

@foone I've thought about this multiple times, but the thing is, alt texts for one and the same image might be hugely different based upon the context in which it is used.

I mean, sure, embedding _something_ is probably helpful nevertheless, but it's not that simple to consider all requirements.

So these four things happened:

1. #Bitwarden, who always advertised being open source, introduced a non-free dependency into their client.

2. People start speculating whether this means that Bitwarden will become proprietary. https://github.com/bitwarden/clients/issues/11611

3. After three days of speculation, founder and CTO Kyle Spearrin posts a comment saying that this is just a measure to isolate a part of the code from the GPL.

4. He then closes & locks the issue.
