@ryan Yeah, I relate to this a lot. You either procrastinate, or end up dealing with cascading related-but-unrelated issues, or you throw up your hands in exasperation and Do The Thing. You don’t get to choose.I’m finally on medication after skipping it for 20 years. There are benefits, but there’s also a long process of figuring out how to exist after years of living this way. I’m better at getting things done, but habits are harder to change than just brain chemistry.
