Also I just ordered "Subcutanean" by Aaron A. Reed (https://subcutanean.textories.com/) — a friend recommended it based on me liking "House of Leaves". It's "a horror novel of parallel realities where no two copies are the same" with queer romance and "Backrooms" vibes.
