Not surprised to hear that scammers are successfully using SEO tricks to misdirect people seeking customer service/support for airlines to fraudulent sites which steal their ID, cc numbers, etc.

A forum I frequent was recently subjected to a rather intense spam attack in which the spammers posted typical questions for airlines, with “answers” directing people to fake sites and contact numbers. Apparently this trick works.
