this did me no favors and led to me getting fucked over a few times.
towards the end of 2024 i got mad enough about a few things that i started advocating for myself and not holding back where i previously would have
and it worked, i am now suddenly rapidly getting where i want to be and am making up for lost time
like the ents in the lord of the rings, i woke up and realized i am strong
