Once again the Cauldron of Big Soup is cooking, but I had less broth than I thought.

I have some miso, but I sure if goes with my potato & chive base?

Open to any other (vegetarian) pantry saves. My current thought is some water with a ton of spices, but I’m letting it simmer as is for now & see if as the potatoes break down how it does

Doing a soup cauldron once a week when I get the CSA box and freezing individual portions has been a game changer this fall!

@skinnylatte I’m the first to admit CA drivers are a special flavor of terrible, but here in Oregon it seems like the drivers that are going to be terrible just do it around where the cameras aren’t, or even where the cameras are and dgaf. USA car culture, and especially oversized truck/SUV entitlement runs deeper than a few tickets I suspect.
