@necedema I was at the Ralph Nader rallies in 2001 (I didn't vote that year) (4 months too young). I've tried a lot of things in the last 25 years. None of them worked. But the Ralph Nader thing really, really, *really* didn't work.

@mcc @evan A lot of devs seem to like using React Native, maybe that might be worth exploring? I’m kind of in the same boat. Despite being a relatively open system, the barrier to entry for development is quite high, mostly due to how hard it is to get started and actually do something.

I've been using Rust for like… a while, now, and it's super common for me to get an error I don't even know where to begin comprehending. I got an error about "Cell", a class I am not using, because I captured a different object within a closure that's gonna travel across a thread. The object that doesn't want to travel across a thread is named "IpcSender". I don't know this class but it seems like if there's one thing you'd want to send to another thread it would be an IPC endpoint
