The US government should own a perpetual, transferable license to make generic versions of any pharmaceutical for which it provided funding.

As an American, I see from a distance the pattern of media and money turning average people against the NHS in the UK. Do NOT let them fool you into thinking private healthcare is the answer. For, I can assure you, it is not. You need to fight to keep what you already have. If you let it go, you will NEVER get it back.
