Currently you can't enable subscriptions on a server without configuring Monero integration. But you're right, it is not descriptive, and it is hard to tell what it is about when navigation menu is compacted.I can bring back the dollar sign, or, alternatively, move subscription management from the navigation menu to Settings. As a creator you typically need to visit it only once, and others don't need it at all, so it probably shouldn't be in the main menu anyway.
