i think you should consider using the built-in WordPress REST API to avoid such problems in the future

@julian @psychobunny is there any update on this for WordPress as it's broken right now on WordPress because the Wordpress JSON API plugin is deprecated and not available to download anymore

this looks very cool can't wait for the final version

i'm using OVH and their vps is much cheaper than any other company and their services are great and for your requirements 2gb of ram much more than you need and yes the 10gb of space is enough as long as you dont upload too much files

looking great hopefully it will be on the core, this is so much better specially for the average users
