I've felt down for obvious reasons. Feeling difficult to post clam facts. But the thing about clams is that their norm is adversity and disruption. They're always being hunted. Their environments are full of extremes, from storms rolling through burying them in sediment, to bleak winters when the phytoplankton food just doesn't come. But clams don't give up. They work together to build, engineering their own environments, and wait for the next season. I will try to take their lesson to heart.
