But dns makes that really hard (you can’t serve content from a domain you don’t own) and trusted content problems are a bigger issue on mastodon because of the federation styleWith ATproto the data is hosted in one place so nobody else is really downloading untrusted content and then syndicating it in an automated fashion. That alone prevents a whole category of trust issues mastodon needs to figure out
