@andycarolan I’m with you. The only mushrooms that I know that are safe to eat are Shaggy Ink Tops, or something like that. You have to eat them when they first appear, as within a day or two their tops have dissolved into a puddle of black ink (though the original mushroom is white).

@andycarolan I don’t have a coffee machine beyond a Nespresso machine. I also do pour overs (actually haven’t done for a while) boiling water to a specific temperature (I don’t know how much of a difference it makes, but it makes me feel as though I know “stuff” about coffee ), and an Aeropress. Occasionally as well a French Press.

@andycarolan Thank you for enlightening me Coffee machines are fascinating these days. A far cry from a camp fire with a pot heating up in it.

@andycarolan I guess that I am saying that I see it as a form of prejudice. Unless a shop/cafe/etc is explicit about what it does and doesn’t sell, I believe that it should support or possible variations of what they sell, and charge equally - spread the cost/love.

@andycarolan I just feel in this day and age a business such as Costa should have vegan options. It is one thing to go into a steak restaurant expecting a vegan meal, but a coffee shop like Costa which will probably receive customers with the whole gamut of dietary requirements. (please excuse rant!)

@yuliyan While this doesn’t answer your question, I have an iPhone 13 Mini, and so Halide’s ProcessZero opens up possibilities that I did not have before.

Having said that, I’m still trying to decide if it is for me.
