@codinghorror The disease is brainworm that rots the mind, that must be treated with these billionaire folks. Maybe they don't see themselves as human anymore, but creating an evolutionary fork and they the enlightened beings. We just left behind as NextGen Neanderthalers. To be casually studied as passtime and for a laugh, as these unicorn-shaped demi-gods evolve, ascend and tread eternal worlds of AI generated pleasure domes, and preparing for the next Big Bang another side-project.

I just don't understand. Am I the one who is wrong? Or is it the extreme, hyperbolic centralization of wealth that is wrong? Is it, like, impossible to live a good life for you and your family with "only" 10 million dollars, for example? We can debate the number, but it's the principle that matters here. When is enough?
