Tonight’s rain, after months of dry weather, has me feeling hopeful for tomorrow’s elections. I hope you can find some calm and peace as well. It’s not easy!

But what DOES work well is the foundational swipe up for more content flow, moving you from video to video without lag in between.

It's getting close to the holidays. Lots of our fedi creators have websites where they sell merchandise and other things.
Why not create a site that collects all these merch sites in one place? You can buy cool nerdy stuff for friends and family AND support the fediverse.
My two year fediversary came and went on October 29th.
Personally, work has been taking precedence over my interests in all things fedi the last six months.
But I’ve been enjoying my time here nonetheless, more and more good content to keep me scrolling.
Hoping to get back to my pile of projects and ideas when things slow down a bit.

@stefan I’m sure they would appreciate it. A new use case for GtS is limited federation circles. It is getting new features to manage that and means a need to audit performance for larger user counts.

Up to now, GtS has been about single user instances or small groups. Very interested to see how it does with more traffic in and out.

My data from Pandora Music, required legally upon request as a resident of the state of Texas, gave me one huge python script export from Apache Spark / Google Cloud Storage in a not so friendly format. I'm sure a little coding could make this useful but for an everyday non geek human? sheesh!
In the end they didn't even give me what I wanted - my likes and dislikes for scrobbling on another service. They know what they (aren’t) doing here…
