I think it would be very useful to allow the admin to choose a permalink structure like:

• default
• /$(category) + /$(category)/$(topic-title)-$(topic-id)
• /$(category) + /$(category)/$(topic-id)-$(topic-title).html
• etc etc....

so it will be easier for old forums to migrate.
