@julian said in Accessing local files and folders / open with explorer?:

Right. Either way the question is whether we really should be allowing NodeBB to link out to local files. I suppose there isn't any harm in it...

At least to have an option allowing that would be great if that would mean that it should work!

Edit: Also played a bit with the ns-embedd plugin and tried to automatically create a button when local links are posted but it seems like that those links are going to be sanitized as well - not just local links but all of them.

I have version 0.5.4 of nodebb.
Recently, I also installed a few themes. Can this be an incompatibility issue? Any way to fix this?

I am answering to my question. It looks like the issue came from a theme I installed previously. It works fine after I do the following:

    npm uninstall nodebb-theme-cerulean

It'd probably be wise to take a backup of your database if you want to try it.

Always a good thing to do when automated tools supposedly mess around with your data 😄

@marcos For a sitewide change, go to your Admin Control Panel, then go into Languages, select from there. If you want to change the language on a per user basis, then click your profile picture in the top right, then your username, then in the top right you will see Settings, scroll to the bottom, and you can pick there instead.

If the language you want is not in the app, have a look at Transifex, where you can help translate if your chosen language isn't available.
