My forum is based on nodeBB, looks like I can not search Chinese...

Is there a easy way to handle this?

You should specify in your config file that the NodeBB URL is indeed https. Then the newly uploaded images will have an HTTPS url automatically.

Please stop making comments like this.
The code is free and open source so you’re free to fix it. You sound entitled. If you’re paying for the plugin you can complain like this. The lack of effort is really on your part if you’re not willing to contribute.

@ningji that's been there for a long time now. You just need to have one of the search plugins installed and activated. nodebb-plugin-dbsearch gets installed by default. Activate the plugin and restart NodeBB to see the search icon.

@yariplus FYI... plugins themselves don't add that search menu. NodeBB checks for any active plugins listening for the hook filter:search.query to decide whether to show or hide the search icon.
