nodebb-widget-essentials is a essential plugin for all type of forums. But the only feature missing from the plugin is the real time updates. Who else think the same?

Is there any way to make it real time?

Also it would be nice to have a option in the ACP to ignore topic updates from specific categories.

In all honesty, when i tried @a_5mith twitch plugin on SSL it doesnt work, so i was like im making my own xD

Then i realised why @a_5mith plugin wasnt working, as twitch was being called over http not https xD

Edit: not sure if this plugin has something to do with it. But it expirienced some slight hanging while posting reply's to a topic.
