Rss poster?

Is there a feature or working plug in for 1.0.0 to read an rss feed and create posts / threads?

This one works with 0.9.4 but I don't see why it wouldn't be compatible with 1.0.0

RSS plugin 0.3.5 doesn't show up in the plugin's list after it is installed, so you can't configure anything.
